Assistant Director for Leadership Training and Development

This position is responsible for the development, planning, implementation, and assessment of the student leadership training programs for 28 Orientation Leaders, 10 Transfer Student Ambassadors, 10 Event Staff, and 350+ student volunteer Welcome Week Leaders.
