Plan for your arrival at Orientation
For directions and parking information, click here.

Please follow the directions listed on the above Website. DO NOT USE GPS DIRECTIONS, as these routes will be incorrect. Please allow plenty of time for getting to campus, as traffic congestion around campus can happen.

After parking in the East River Road Garage, take the elevator to Level 1/Plaza Level, and go to Coffman Union’s ground floor for Orientation Check-In.

Overnight Accommodations
There is no required overnight for the August orientation programs. If you need accommodations for the night between your Day 1 and Day 2 of Orientation, you can reserve a room on-campus at the cost of $23 per night by registering here.

Check-In begins at 8 a.m.
Although you can check-in anytime between 8-10 a.m., make sure you plan ahead if you want to attend any of the morning sessions. For a list of these sessions as well as a complete overview of your Orientation schedule, click here.

Are your parents/family registered for Orientation?
Will a parent or family member accompany you to Orientation? If so, they are encouraged to register in advance for the Parent Orientation program. For more information and registration, click here.
