Make Welcome Week Your Own!

The transition to the U of M is a personal one. Complete this Welcome Week Event Selection so your individual needs and interests can be accommodated. There are two parts to this process:

  1. Complete the Welcome Week Event Selection.
There are a number of Welcome Week events that you can select. Once you complete this event selection you will receive a confirmation email with details about your arrival on campus (to your U of M Internet account). You will receive your personal schedule when you check in for Welcome Week at the end of August.*

  2. Take StrengthsFinder® online.
Once you complete Event Selection you will receive a code that will allow you to take StrengthsFinder®, an online tool that provides you with your Top 5 talent themes. You will begin to explore your Top 5 during Welcome Week. Be sure to complete StrengthsFinder® before you get to campus.
