Hello Gophers!

We hope your first few days of classes have gone well and that you’re starting to feel at home at the U! Here are some ways to help you kick off your first semester as a Gopher.

Transfer Student Network (TSN)
TSN is a program that pairs you with a Transfer Insider (a current transfer student) during your first semester on campus. Your Transfer Insider will be a go-to person that can help you adjust to your new home. Be on the lookout for your first monthly email from your Transfer Insider and take them up on their offer to treat you to Starbucks!

Transfer Welcome Days Evaluation
For those of you who joined us for Transfer Welcome Days, we had a blast getting to know you and spending time with you! Your feedback is important to us as we continue to enhance and improve the program for future Gophers. Please complete the TWD evaluation. Once you complete this short evaluation, you will be entered to win a gift card for the U of M Bookstores!

TSE Monthly
As part of your Transfer Student Experience (TSE) you will receive an email once a month that includes need-to-know information that will help with your transition to the U of M. You will learn about important resources, events, and opportunities throughout the semester to help you make the most of your time at the U of M.

Transfer Workshop Series
The Transfer Student Experience (TSE) Program is hosting a series of eight workshops to help you get to know your university, other transfer students, and yourself! These workshops will help you explore all that the U of M has to offer so you can make the most of your time here as a Gopher. Join us on Fridays from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in 324 Coffman Union.

Here’s to having the best year ever!
