Parent Orientation Information
As a parent or guardian of a new first-year student, you play a vital role in your student's transition into the University of Minnesota community. Because this time can be both exciting and challenging for the entire family, we offer a separate one-day program designed to provide parents and guardians with valuable information that will help you support your student's transition into the University of Minnesota.
Parents of first-year students beginning classes Spring 2010 are encouraged to attend orientation with your student on January 14, 2010. Parents and student Orientation do require separate registration. Use the links on the left for more information.
