Confirmation Fee
All incoming transfer students need to confirm their enrollment to the University of Minnesota by submitting their enrollment confirmation form and fee of $70 to the Office of Admissions ASAP.
Send your form and payment to:

If you have misplaced your confirmation form, on a sheet of paper, include your name, college of enrollment (CLA, IT, CFANS, etc...), that you are a transfer student, your U of M student ID #, your birthday, and a statement such as "I plan to attend the University of Minnesota for Fall Semester 2007". Mail this sheet of paper in with your check for $70.
